The Pathways to Mobility Justice framework provides a practical tool for identifying mobility justice priorities in transportation planning, programs, projects, and policy, even for groups who have not worked on transportation issues. The framework took shape throughout 2025, first through surveying The Untokening community of practice and then through iterative engagement with Mobility Unbound Network members.
